Review on SwissGear 1900 Scansmart Laptop Backpack Backpacks and Laptop Backpacks by Derick Carpenter

Our two teenagers love this backpack. Unfortunately, one of the zippers broke. We wrote to the Swiss Army because it's only 1 year old and still under warranty. Unfortunately they didn't reply so we just bought another one. It's spacious and perfect for a high school or college student. We have another one that didn't break, so hopefully it won't happen again. SECOND PURCHASE UPDATE: Unfortunately the same thing happened but its time has only passed 2 months. I will not buy this product again. And hopefully the manufacturer will honor their warranty.
