Very helpful that the seller provided the necessary assembly tools: correct size hex wrench, Allen key if using a drill to speed up the assembly and correct size drill bit; also very helpful as most of us don't have a 3mm drill bit. A note and a suggestion: the (3mm) drill bit was deformed; it wobbled when put in an electric drill (and yes I have removed the drill and put it back in the chuck many times just to be sure). I ordered a second set of grips as I needed additional hand and foot holders and there was very little "wiggle" with the second drill. It is recommended to include larger shims for the (blue) grips as the 'shape' obviously accommodates a larger shim. I replaced the washers with larger ones to ensure a more secure fit. And although I use washers, each hand/foot screw comes with 2 washers in addition to the screw, but the instructions only show the use of 1 washer next to the hex head. Most arm/leg supports fit flush with the wood, so adding a second washer on the "bolt" side will interfere with a good flush fit. Only the yellow arm/leg holders had a notch on the 'wooden' side of the arm/leg holder where a second washer could be inserted for a more secure fit. I don't mind if there are a few extra parts included in the kit, but only 2 of the 10 extra washers are needed for the yellow arm and leg supports.
