Review on 🪑 Rustic Brown Wooden Wall Storage Cabinet with Sliding Barn Doors by Kate and Laurel Cates by Becky Gallegos

Ordered two different shelves from the same seller. The first fit perfectly. This arrived completely damaged. The delivery is not to blame. Whoever packed the shelf in the box failed to do their due diligence and filled in too little foam. As I lifted the box, I felt the shelf inside move. When I opened the box, I got what I expected: a broken shelf. Again, I usually blame the shipping, but this time it was the seller's fault. There were only 8 pieces of styrofoam on the corner and no center supports. This loosened the bar holding the door. Now the fun part is when you start looking at the quality of this shelf. I think judging by the smell and weight this is an inferior pine. The screws on the top that hold the bar that the door slides on were completely broken. Looking at the size of the screws they used to attach the doors I'm not surprised. They were too small to hold the door. I ended up using bigger and wider bolts and it helped the bar rise like a charm. To the manufacturer of this shelf: I know you can do better because we ordered other products from you. Literally the only two things you need to change are the size of the screws used and more shipping foam. That's all stopping this from being a 5 star review.
