Lids seem to fit and snap at the corners but I've noticed the graphic top slips off at times so be careful. , it is difficult to print on because it is too grippy. My fingers couldn't slide over the keys, which made me type much slower and with less precision. However, the biggest problem I had with this keyboard protector was that it crumpled my screen! Due to the extra soft layer between the foil and the screen, a tiny grain got stuck when closing. This caused the grain to cut into my screen, which is why I have a micro dent that looks like a dead pixel but isn't. This never happened to my other MacBook that didn't have the keyboard protector that I've had for 5 years. And because the rubber film is so grippy, blowing or brushing particles/dust off the keys doesn't work, so they build up quickly. They will get stuck there and DAMAGE your screen if you close it.
