I like that they go above and beyond to help their customers with any questions or issues we have along our journey as white hat consultants. They are very transparent about everything from pricing/costs of service offerings and how things work towards revenue for us (which is always helpful!). Very easy process - quick response times but not rushed! Have used them since 2013 now and never had an issue until this year when it was discovered there were some errors made by someone else doing billing incorrectly which caused me to be billed twice because another person's information was entered into my account instead of theirs. So far all has been resolved but still waiting to see if anything additional will come out of it. Make sure you get quality people working with your organization so there aren't mistakes being done during implementation time. We use them primarily because they do excellent work at great prices and can customize plans.
