I haven't tried many trendy creams but I can tell you that my skin loves this moisturizer! I feel like it really absorbs into my skin and not just sits on it. I have very sensitive skin and my face starts to burn after applying most lotions or moisturizers. Chef's Sweet Superfood does not burn. I didn't pay much attention to the smell, but for the curious I can say that it's not overpowering at all, it just smells fresh. I think it's nice. Note: There is a small plastic spoon included, and it is adorable.
