Not a bad wrap. Fits snugly around the arm when exercising. Only gets 3 stars from me because there is no earphone when the IPOD is fully inserted Hole on the top flap To insert the headphones you need to fold the top back, the top stays open as long as the headphones are plugged in. Luckily for me my workout consists mostly of cardio exercises so I don't have to worry about that prevents the IPOD from slipping out of the cases when the lid is open.Also you cannot use the scroll wheel functions through the plastic.Functions like stop, Skip and pause do the work through the plastic. The headband has holes that allow you to use the headphones with a FULLY inserted IPOD. Please see the attached photos. I still only leave four stars because the plastic screen doesn't allow volume control during use. Before pasting, you need to adjust the volume.
