It's great! We had an orthopedic mattress. He got too soft and he was only a few years old. But putting on that topper helped. No more back or hip pain from the sagging mattress. I highly recommend this product. A bit big for my queen size mattress but quickly cut with a pair of simple scissors. And that's it. Cut off a few inches on one side and it fits perfectly. do yourself a favor get one!
