Beautiful but not very good quality
I really liked these jewels. The balloons seem to be thinner than regular balloons and one of them accidentally popped and we still find confetti everywhere but they looked amazing. Be VERY careful with the big 16s as they pop almost instantly. They're not very good quality, so if you're going to hang them up somewhere they should be fine, but if you're holding them in your hands and taking pictures with them, be prepared to take just a few shots before they pop, especially with 16 summer.
