I think it should just be the reflective strips but they look shiny. I bought it for my son and didn't know anything about it until I bought it. He doesn't mind and loves shoes.
- My son loves that they are lightweight. He doesn't want to take them off.
- The shoes do not fit properly, which can make it difficult to choose the right size for the child.
