Review on O2COOL Rechargeable Necklace Fan Adjustable by Ronnie Segobiano

I don't know why so many people have complained about the noise. Compared to the noise level, the concert I attended was practically silent, even on the highest setting. I can't stand the heat at all and it was 88 degrees, no wind and lots of humidity. Normally I would pass out. However, both the charge and I took over 3 hours. My daughter recommended it after purchasing it because she plays in a live band with a busy outdoor summer program. She wasn't wrong! It's not the same as air conditioning, but blowing air around your face and neck helps sweat evaporate and cools you down a bit. Definitely nothing comparable! I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
