We first bought this blanket a few years ago when our first son's (now 4) blanket was starting to wear out. We've looked everywhere for another Carter's Love you from A to Z quilt but couldn't find it so we tried this as a substitute. We have not been disappointed and have since ordered two more times as our family has grown. Our second son (2 years old) loves this duvet so much he sleeps with two of them every night. We've taken the blanket on car trips and vacations and lugged it around the house every day. He's still very soft. The polka dot mink survived, the satin side is still soft and the color looks great. I definitely recommend this blanket - kids love to hold the satin side in their fingers.
