Got this for my 3 year old. I wasn't sure about the carrot flavor mixed with apple but decided to give it a try. The texture itself is smooth and doesn't seem to leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Based on the facts listed, this is VERY healthy which I like as I know it's a good snack for her rather than something like chocolate. She loves the taste and seems to enjoy sneaking in to try and get more than she should. Great for any small child or maybe even an adult. There really is no age limit to how much someone can like it as my eight year old sisters actually like them. Just a great bargain for anyone who wants a healthy snack for their little ones every day.
