I like that they have such an easy process for hiring new employees, which makes it easier than ever! It's also great because you don't need HR or any other office staff in order to hire someone remotely (which saves time AND money). One of my favorite parts is how flexible their hours can be - meaning we're able to work with them at all times as needed. They do offer some training but not nearly enough if compared to companies who will train you completely free-of-charge before allowing you into production. We've had very few issues so far since working together, however there were minor hiccups here and there when first starting out. But these problems only lasted about 2 days each, then things went back to normal again. So overall, this has been one of our best experiences yet using OSourcey! Definitely give it a try; I know the benefits outweigh anything else, even.
