Well well well! I ordered it for my granddaughter and it is exactly what we wanted. It's a perfect fit (she's tall and skinny) and loves to twirl! Highly recommended!

Cons
- Instead of being soft and flowy, the material used in this dress has a sporty feel. Very disappointed!
