The customer support team was very helpful during our project's implementation stage as well as after release! They were always responsive via email which helped us avoid any delays in execution time-frame or final product delivery date. I don't think we had too many issues with their end but they did an exceptional job at keeping up-to speed regarding changes/developments within Microsoft Azure so there weren’t really problems encountered from them either - just communication could have been better between both parties (us & lingperfect) to ensure timely feedback for each other. We are using this software mostly because it has enabled our teams across different geographies to communicate effectively without having to physically be together all times due language barriers. The best thing about LingPerfect is that they are very professional and always keep their promises. I have worked with them for more than 5 years now and never had any issues. They are also very good at what they do and always make sure that you are satisfied with their work. Nothing so far :) We have used their services for translations and localization of our websites.
