Purina Pro Plan is a product brand that I really trust. It's a little pricey but worth it for the peace of mind. I think it might be too oily for him so unfortunately I'll have to try something else and maybe try the Science Diet Crumble to see if that helps or just stick with ONLY wet/canned food.
