I have axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) and osteoarthritis with fibromyalgia. My wrist isn't, it's just fixed with this brace, it's completely fixed in the right position. My old brace still caused my wrist to twist a little, but this brace completely holds my wrist in its most natural position. That's incredible. I need to buy another one for my left hand. My only complaint is that the velcro straps are so secure that it's a little difficult to adjust on torches if my fingers are weak, but it's not so difficult that I can't adjust them. , and I'm sure the velcro is a big part of their reliability.
