Bad Quality/Scam? (color bleeds)

I was just disinfecting these pacifiers and the yellow (from the rubber?) was bleeding onto the blue plastic part. These pacifiers have never even been used! They could be fakes because the color shouldn't run that way. I am afraid to use them on my child because who knows what these materials are now?
