I got this for my work from home space as all I had was a kitchen chair for my desk. I've been having a lot of shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day. My shoulder is still tight but this chair definitely has not made it worse and it's been a little easier to stretch it out at the end of the day. My back just feels better sitting at the desk. It was fairly easy to put together, only about 10 minutes. Doesn't quite fit under my desk, which would be nice but not much could be done to make it fit and still work. I have a wood floor so moves very easily. I keep one wheel locked at all times or it rolls away (way away). A little hard to lock and unlock the wheels while sitting on it at a desk. Overall very pleased and seriously considering taking it to the office when we go back.
