Subscription model is very good for small companies like ours as it reduces our operational costs significantly, which was one of my major concerns when I started using this software initially! It has been 3 years since we have used subscribe HR but still feel that there are some minor issues to be addressed by them in future releases/upgrades (which they will definitely do). Also subscription plan pricing structure needs improvement - currently its quite steep compared with other competitors out their who offer similar features at much lower prices than us!! Good support from sales team & excellent product knowledge base available online helps me get through any queries or doubts easily without having direct contact wth customer service personnel over phone calls etc., Highly recommendable tool if you're looking into employee engagement solutions within medium sized organisations where budget constraints may not allow full fledged ERP solution implementation!
