I got it because a few weeks ago I found out I'm pregnant and need to quit smoking for obvious reasons. My problem is that every time I try to quit smoking I get severe panic attacks. So this time I decided to try this product and see how realistic its calming effects are. Well, let me tell you. While I still struggle with cravings, at least I felt light enough when I took a warm bath, and it was significantly easier than the other times I tried to quit. It's really adorable
