Nice set, damaged tips. 😕

So I was very happy to get them today. They were well packaged and even came with protective sleeves. The problem is that not one, but BOTH tweezers were damaged at the tip. As a result, they do not capture eyelashes. Damn. I'd like to think I just got a lemon set but idk. I just tried to bend them a bit but I was afraid they would break completely.
