When I first pulled the briefs out of my bag I was concerned about the size of them but figured they could be shipped and so make them high waist or not high waist as you want. You can also adjust the width starting from the top. The suit is super flattering and very comfortable. The top is padded and the straps are adjustable. This costume is definitely a win!
