Review on Guidepoint by Micheal Wright

I like that it's easy for me as an employee of my organization, to connect with outside resources who can help us achieve goals within our scope of work.

It also allows employees at other companies to have access to their internal knowledge base which is great! The only thing i dislike about this program is there isn't much info out in public regarding how they are using their data internally so we dont know what kind of analytics or reports they're creating from their information. We use guide point primarily when trying to find someone external to assist with training new hires but sometimes need assistance finding people locally inside the office too.
