didn't know it needed electricity

I couldn't get it to work at first until I wrote to Amazon. I never found out what the extra plug was for until I read a review that said they needed a phone plug, then I found out what the extra cord was for and it dawned on me that it needed a power supply. Maybe it should be mentioned in the manual.
