I had some difficulty removing the strap at first, assuming it was easy to wear remove would be. I didn't know how to loosen and remove the belt so I suggest using the belt and learning the ratchet system before putting the belt on while wearing pants as the instructions were unclear. But now that I see how easy it is to remove it I can buy several different colors as I really like the simplicity and the style and I think they are great albeit of a different nature and you should enjoy, but you should get used to how to free and delete them. I have just ordered 3 more colors as these are now my favorite belts.
