Great if it didn't literally get stuck on the 2nd try. Need to buy new refill or useless

Not happy with it. I made an e-sticker with it. ONE. Then it got stuck and I opened it up and have been messing with it ever since. It's been an hour now and I figured the only way to get it working was to order another supplement. Very annoyed. There's no help or instructions on how to unravel it, and the damn thing is all wrapped up in itself and I absolutely can't figure out how to fix it. I am very upset at the wasted time and money!
