I was very pleased with these colorful glass rollerball pens. There should be 9 bottles of different colors in the set but I only have 6 colors. As the packaging needs to be opened, I put the roller bottles in my own plastic bags as shown in the photo. I emailed the seller about the problem. Unlike most sellers, they insisted that I send them a photo to prove I was honest. I did just that, only to get an email asking if I was sure it was their product at all. When I persuaded them, they told me that the missing colors would be sent to me immediately and they didn't apologize for causing me trouble. It's been about 2 weeks and I'm still waiting even though it's the seller's fault. I have made aromatherapy blends and bottled them in roll-on bottles as I have done so many times before. But with these bottles, the rollerballs just won't roll. I push, I roll and roll, and the metal balls still stubbornly get stuck. They move a little, turn on and off, but are broken. This product should have been better tested during quality control. While light glass bottles appear nice and strong/thick, if they don't work, there's no point. Many bottles have obvious stains and scratches and do not look brand new. I've used 5 different rollerballs before, after trying for half an hour I finally got one of these. It wasn't worth all the trouble, but I did get a working aromatherapy blend. I put an organic rosebud in a bottle to dissolve in vegetable oils.
