I know that wool socks should be much better for your feet than acrylic or cotton socks, but I've always had this opinion wool can itch or itch, which is why I don't usually buy anything made of wool unless I can touch it first. But I took a chance with them because they are so cheap and I'm glad I did. The socks are very soft, they don't sting at all and don't rub. They have good stretch and although they are not flimsy they are breathable so your feet don't get hot in them. In other words, they have all the good qualities that wool should have, but sometimes cheap wool products are lacking. I will probably buy more.
