I have been buying these as sunglasses for over a decade. They're cheap to buy, but surprisingly durable. The only time I change them is when they get too scratchy to use. They sit well on my face and cover my eyes enough that the outside light hardly lets any light in, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back to them. At around $2-$2.50 a pair, they're worth it. If I spend $20 or more on sunglasses, they will inevitably disappear or break. I use about two pairs a year depending on usage and accidents. Now I have lots of pairs just in case. I change my new glasses to go out and use the old glasses for gardening. Also, I have a spare in the car. The only complaint, if I had to be really picky, would be that the shade would be darker. Maybe I'm so used to this shade that I want something darker. Like I said it's a nitpick and I rarely go out without them and they reduce glare and bright sun.
