This is a great back scratcher. I have cerebral palsy so I have limited range of motion in my arms. A back brush is a must. However, the back scrapers I had were thin plastic and wood which broke when I tried to really relieve the itch with my fingertips. This scraper has a very different design, with durable plastic, slightly curved shape. , and a wide head with hard plastic pins that actually scratch (no irritation) instead of chafing.
