Adhesive isn't great

I used this tape for my ankles. Seems strong eno0ugh, but the adhesive lets loose from the tape, getting gummy after excercise. It was a pain to get of my ankles after my workouts.

Pros

Can be used for a variety of sports and activities, such as running, basketball, and tennis.

Cons

May not be machine washable or easy to clean
