Very cute good quality
I have two puggles that have worn them. One was probably small, she was 19lbs so it was a bit big for her lol. It looked like a dress. And my fat is about 37 pounds and that was a little snug. So I don't know what breed of dog it would be best for because it was too small for my Aussie. They still worked great and looked cute. I used them for my baby announcement photo.
