Ordered a pair in medium (5'3, 145lbs.) and when they arrived I thought they would be too small. Washed them and tried them on and they were great. Smooths out the cellulite and living in the south, they are not too warm under capris. They are not high waisted and sit perfectly just below the waist and do not give you muffin top. They firm my mid-section. I love everything about these capri smoothers and plan to order several more so I won't be without. I may try the small to see if they are more snug for when I need more smoothing.
