Review on ☕️ Nespresso Lattissima One: De'Longhi Espresso Maker in Shadow Black - Unleash the Ultimate Coffee Experience! by Junior Andreano

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice car but a bit disappointing in some aspects

I'll say right away: I really like the machine because it works very well, is incredibly easy to use and the coffee tastes great. It comes with a sampler of 14 Nespresso capsules and I'm a fan of almost all of them. It's great for frothing milk and (mostly) scooping it into a cup. Now for the cons. The three main issues I struggled with were the material of the machine. 1) The milk spout is uncomfortable and sometimes the machine squirts milk out of the cup, leaving a few drops of milk on the counter. Another thing is that the car is quite small. My 12 ounce ceramic Starbucks glass won't fit under the milk or coffee spout and I have to bring it to them at an angle. My small 12 ounce cups fit the drip tray but the larger ones don't. In fact, they don't fit even if I move the tray (I have to remove it completely to use them). Last thing I want to say is that the machine continues to drip for quite a while after the coffee; and if, for the above reasons, the drip tray is not inserted immediately after the cup is removed, the coffee will drip down. Overall I like the car and will keep it, but if you don't mind that it takes up extra space (I do this because my kitchen is smaller). I would buy another machine from the original line (Essenza or CitiZ) with a separate milk frother for about the same price. The downsides of this are that it obviously takes up more space and of course takes away the convenience of pressing a button and making a latte for you.

Pros
  • Easy to clean: removable water tank and milk jug are dishwasher safe; Calc-Clean Alert: The Calc-Clean Alert ensures that the machine works perfectly and the coffee always tastes perfect.
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
