I installed this following the advice I was given for phone screens years ago - install the screen in a stuffy bathroom. It worked fine and I have no bubbles on the screen. I had to smooth out the air bubbles but it was easy to do. The screen looks just as clear as without the protection. I see no degradation in image quality. So a steam bath. Seriously, if the humidity is high enough, less dust will stick to the protective film when you open it. I take a hot shower and leave it on until the bathroom mirror fogs up and it feels like a sauna. Only then do I open the protective film. My experience has been that this makes installation a lot easier without spending a lot of time removing dust bubbles.
