They have been very helpful in many technical issues that we had with our legacy systems, as well has helped us to implement new technologies for better service provisioning (iCloud).

Their customer support is also excellent at all times! Not much so far from this point but I would say it's their professionalism which makes them stand out above other providers they've worked alongside of here within AWS ecosystem - such skills are not easy or cheap to acquire if you're outside US market. We were looking into cloud services when working together with Summit team; however after seeing what was possible now through Amazon Web Services platform there wasn't really any need anymore considering how powerful these solutions could be nowadays compared to alternatives back then.
