The ability to create a custom bot that can be used across our entire organization was one of the best parts about using pypestream.

I also really liked how easy it was to get started with bots - we were up and running within minutes! There's not much to dislike here at this time. If you're looking for an all-in-one solution, then look elsewhere. We are solving many different problems (customer service, internal communication) but so far pypestream has been able to help us solve those issues very quickly.
