I have been ordering after-sales service for many years. There were problems a few times, but usually the cartridge worked. The first cartridge I put in from this box was from this company, my system didn't recognize it and I've tried several times. I took out another cartridge and tried it and it worked fine. Revain where the company that sells this toner sent me another box with a return code to send the original back. The small problem is that I have to walk several ways to get to the UPS facility. I hope the rest of the cartridges work well. I don't know how it works if after two months I find that they are not working properly. Don't like spending money. Usually this can be a great product.
