Review on 🌸 ULAK iPad Mini 1/2/3 Case: Slim Bumper Smart Case with Floral Design, Auto Sleep/Wake Function by David Gonzalez

This is a long two part review. From the moment of purchase to my experience after contacting the company. My rating and final thought: Cover = 3 stars Customer service = 5 stars Original: Cover does not fit, company denies. Not worth the money and time. There are so many other cases in the same price range that are just as good and perform well. I thought it would be cute but I regret buying it. My friend also has one of the other cases from the same company and it doesn't work either. Doesn't hold up properly. Because mine doesn't fold properly and the top doesn't fit. I'm worried about dropping my case or worse my iPad and breaking it. UPDATE: This is a bit late, but life can get in the way. After posting my review I contacted the seller to complain about the case I received. In a nutshell. I was able to resolve my situation thanks to some wonderful people working for the company who were very helpful and considerate. I received a new suitcase that I gave to my mother. They have some great cases for your iPad. What I appreciate most is the kindness and care of a select few staff who have looked after me very well. I think this is of great importance and was of great importance. In conclusion, I therefore gave the case 2 stars and the customer service 5 stars. What a view came to my mind when evaluating this 3 star review.
