Review on GISSARAL 90W Laptop Car Charger: Quick Charging for MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Apple & Android Devices by Branden Type

This review is for the 5-pin rectangular version that fits into the Retina MacBook Pro power connector. I have used this charger while traveling to charge my 15 inch laptop and it works well and charges the computer quickly. - about 1% per minute when working on the computer. But as other reviewers have said, the unit gets VERY hot - it's best to keep the area around it clean and let it cool down before trying to get it out of the carport. The device I received has USB ports that make it very difficult to plug and unplug the USB cable. I have to push the USB connectors into the device very hard and they are very difficult to remove. But once I managed to plug in the USB cable, it was able to charge my iPhone VERY quickly (which may or may not be bad for a phone). Overall it meets the basic need of being able to charge a computer on the occasional trip (several times a year) but as it gets very hot and the USB ports are of poor quality I give it 3 stars.
