Great for writing, terrible for cases and front camera.

I purchased this product after reading reviews that said the screen texture created with the Apple Pencil looks like it was written on paper. While I'd say it's more like writing with chalk on a thin board (just texture, no squeaking noises or anything), I'm quite happy with the way it writes. However, this is the only thing I'm happy with. The biggest problem with this screen is that the camera cutout is so small, even though the camera is on the bezel and the surrounding area doesn't need protection or a writing surface. - that it's almost impossible to align the screen so perfectly that the edge of the plastic doesn't cross the camera, unless you're an expert or you're lucky. I'm not an expert, but I've only installed screens on my devices with an HP iPAQ in 2006 and have never had to completely eject a screen, probably since 2006. To do this I had to throw away the first screen because even when I checked it for the not Turned sticky side down, the holes were so misaligned that it was literally impossible to attach the screen without partially covering the camera or home button. Finally, the Q&A said that this screen is UAG compatible. Cases. That may be the case for some, but the screen is thick enough that it can't be used with UAG Metropolis cases. The corners are so tight that they push back the corners of the foil. As it's just the bevels it doesn't really bother using it but it looks awful and I'm sure it will seriously shorten the life of this screen. What annoys me the most is that I can't even get a refund for this because how exactly am I supposed to pack and ship the sticky plastic pieces?
