When the heat for our day of skiing didn't expect the teens to come out of the crazy cold wind predictions, I ordered them for my 8 and 5 year olds. They worked pretty well. My 5 year old daughter is very picky about her clothes, fit, comfort, looks and warmth and after skiing 9-3 she was dying to go back to 4 because she was never cold! I've worn them under sweatpants, a turtleneck, a coat, winter trousers, a balaclava, a helmet and gloves; but it didn't feel too bulky and moved without any cold at all, except at the tips of the fingers. On days when she doesn't have to pack up, she likes to wear them instead of pajamas. So happy with them!
