Now I understand why Ghost Bed doesn't offer refunds or trials. They claim that this protection does not interfere with the Ghost Bed's cooling capabilities. I have a Ghost Bed Luxe and this protection turned my cooling bed into a heater. It reflects 100% of your body heat back to you. The first morning I woke up drenched in sweat. I had to wash all the bedding. Fortunately, Revain requires its suppliers to accept returns. Revain returned my money quickly.
