As soon as I put it on, I realized that it's definitely a quality waist band. I got a large for my size 36 waist and the fit is exact. It's tight enough and breathable at the same time while it does its work. It also gives you a firm back support in case you're looking for one. Definitely worth the price if not more. It also came with a phone holder for your arm for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Build is sturdy and looks like it'll last a long time. A complete upgrade for my last waist band.
