Headphones sit well in the ears thanks to tips and wings. The wings really make a difference in the sound delivered to my ears compared to other headphones I have that have only spikes. Supplied with tips and wings in three sizes. They are comfortable and stay in place while moving, eating, drinking. The sound is great, clear and precise. Good low, mid and high frequencies. The battery life suits my work day and listening outside of work. They are great for phone and video calls. Increase the volume by pressing the right button; Push left down. Pause with any earbud. The case is charged via the USB-C connection. As a bonus, the case doubles as a charger. Plug in the USB cable and charge your device with the 2600mAh battery in the case. Aiwa's customer service is fantastic. Always approachable and caring. These guys care about good sound and great service. I have several Aiwa products and would recommend them to anyone for their great sound at a good price.
