I'm 5ft 3" and about 140. I ordered the small because I'm a bit fat and knew I wanted it to fight tight, but the small size is actually more loose than she has to be. I would send it back to get xs. I just don't feel like going through the whole return process and I'll be wearing it to a party so it might well be a bit loose because I can dance in it. It's elastic.
