Review on XENTEC Ultra White HID Xenon Bulb Pair (H11/H8/H9) 6000K by Rick Bishop

Really surprisingly good quality for this money. Installation was difficult, but that was only because my car was too complicated. Fit and workmanship were good, materials suitable. I think the best way to describe it is that although it was cheap it's not cheap lighting. Everything was included specifically for changing bulbs - no ballasts - which I don't need, order or expect; I have already retrofitted the factory headlights and they all fit perfectly despite being a different brand. I think most people know this, but for me it was a learning curve. If you knew what you were doing, you probably wouldn't have had it as hard as I did. Yes, and the connections were strong, nothing dangling when connected. I ordered a second set just in case I messed something up lol.
