The skirt came very wrinkled so I washed it in cold water and dried it on a low heat. shrunk quite a bit so I put it on a steam cycle and it has helped a few. The drop is 15.5 inches in some places and 16 inches in others. It was too long so I had to use it on another bed. The white center fabric is a bit too big for the box springs so it shows through the sides. I wouldn't buy this brand again.
